We totally enjoyed our small Vacay at your property. It was very clean met all of our needs and we had a great time. We will return for another trip at this property. We had no issues with customer Service. The location was great and a very short drive into Rockport to eat at the great restaurants there and great shopping.

The house was perfect! Perfect place to kick back and relax as a family. The pool is perfect, fishing was easy with the canal right there, lots of space to nap or have game nights, we cooked at home. It was wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The guest house was a nice bonus for the grandparents to have their own space. The kitchen has lots of extra items for cooking use which was appreciated. The view was gorgeous. The house was clean with lots of room for everyone. The yard does have stickers do make sure to wear shoes. Would have been nice to have lights at the end of the fishing pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property for a large family. The guest house was a nice thing for grandparents to have their own space. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The main house has a wonderful ice maker that ensures you never run out of ice. The fire pit and hot tub outside were big hits as well. One point of feedback: ensure the back yard is mowed before guests stay for an extended weekend. It was quite thick and overgrown. The “path” down to the pier was covered in thorny stickers and having that path mowed a bit would have made it easier to get down to water and the pier.

This home is lovely and spacious and well maintained. Easy check-in.

Absolutely will be back

My family of 6 rented Sunshine and Flip Flops for the Hummingbird Celebration and it was the perfect location! Amazing views, great house, cozy beds and close to the main pier. Nina at Rockport Escapes was wonderful to work with and made rental a pleasure. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I have no doubt we'll return to Sunshine and Flip Flops again.

So glad we stayed here for our first annual fishing trip. We loved the pool steps from our door and the layout of the house was perfect. We'll be back!

We had a delightful time at the adorable Sunshine and Flipflops rental. It was the perfect house for our kids and grandkids. Communication was timely and very clear. The house was extremely clean and well stocked.
The location could not be beat. We hope to rent again. It was a magical time for all!

Beautiful home with great view was perfect for our family celebration. Host (Nina) was very helpful. We loved everything about it.

GREAT home with plenty of space for entire family! Large open space in living/kitchen area for hanging out. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Location was perfect for pier fishing, boat access, restaurants, and casual walks along water. Only minor issue was spotty wifi, which mainly affected our teenagers.

Sunshine and Flipflops was amazing! It was perfect for our family vacation! Nina and her team at Rockport Escapes went above and beyond to make our trip the best! We will definitely be coming back to Rockport Escapes!
