Set Sail SP167

Set Sail was the perfect place for 2 couples to stay in Rockport/Fulton. We attended a music festival next to Charlotte Plummers restaurant which was in walking distance from the rental. Perfect location! And the set up was great for 2 couples with a big bedroom on both floors. We will rent this place again when in the area.

This place is the total package. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.

TV in did not work ,called manger and she said it was her birthday and she had plans and would come over tomorrow to repair. This was something that was very difficult to understand. I explained that my grandkids would like theme to work today not tomorrow. She came over and repaired about one hour after my call. There were roaches in house up and downstairs. There was no BBQ pit at house ,if you look up what should be at house was a pit, ask manger about and she said the owner was not going to provide a pit. Teach can were full and trash was pilled up at can . Wasp were in front palm tree at entrance,I went to store and sprayed bees so my family could walk in front door and not get sting. I will never come this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. only major issue is the AC. Down stairs was warm. System needs to be balanced. up stair we froze, so down stair would be cool.

We had the best time here!! So much room, definitely recommend blinds in the kitchen, hard to see people sitting at the table when your in the living trying to talk. Maybe some privacy for the hot tubs. But overall our house was amazing! Thank you!

This is our second time here and it did not disappoint. Location is great. View is very nice. Hot tub was awesome. Pool is big and well kept. Very close to fulton pier. House is fully stocked and well kept. Ac unit works great! Overall great experience again. Will return soon. As always thank you NINA for answering all my questions and your promp response.

Absolutely loved the look and feel of this home overall, and location was great for what we were doing. GPS doesn't locate it straight off, but we recognized it by the pictures as we drove past. The house was great and clean. Service could have been a little better. I reported to manager after the first night that the TV in my room did not work. They suggested we unplug the TV and plug it in again, which we tried and reported back, but no one seemed to care that it still did not work after that. I can't sleep without the TV on, so I ended up using my phone, which led to very uncomfortable sleep. In addition, the hair dryer was missing from our unit, but they did bring one when asked. The check in and check out processes were very easy, and we had an enjoyable time overall.

Property was definitely the accurate on the description & Ppl were so nice at the stay.Everything was convenient and also well maintained.I would mostly recommend this place to Family and friends.There is a lot to felt like home.

My family had a great vacation at this house! It was everything pictured and more. Great location, clean, and spacious.

Location was great. Nice view from balcony,needs some sort of covering/awning. Pool was great. Hot tub was awesome. House was nice. Nina and her team were great as before,they responded right away. Needed some light cleaning. Overall great experience,will definitely return.

Our family of five adults had a wonderful relaxing week. The home was clean and spacious. Loved our gulf view of the bay! We saw many types of birds and even deer. The hot tub was an added bonus to soak in after a full day of beach adventures! This is a nice quiet end of town, but within walking distance of many restaurants and the pier. Great communication with Nina on any concerns!

We loved the the condo, it was clean and well maintained. The hot tub overlooking the bay was a big hit. There are several restaurants in walking distance, highly recommend the Boiling Pot. The pool was initially a little warm but once the fountain was turned back on it was a good temp. Our son enjoyed fishing right by the condo and caught a flounder. Port Aransas is a short drive and you drive your car onto the ferry, we had a fun beach day but wear sunscreen. Overall we would recommend the rental, they wr responsive to my questions and quick to fix a minor any problem.

Perfect house for a weekend! The kitchen has plenty of supplies to make a nice meal. The Irish Pub next door was also great for a late night drink and live music. Beds are comfy, plenty of bathrooms, and pet friendly. Less than an hour to Mustang Island. Will be booking again!

It was amazing. The location of the property was perfect for what we were looking for. The locals are super friendly. We had a great time stayed 6 nights it wasn't enough.

We were 3 Dads and 5 children and the house was perfect for us. We fished from the Fulton Pier both during the day and at night.

Property is relatively new and clean with all of the features as advertised. Waterfront view of the morning sunrise from the upstairs deck is spectacular and best while enjoying a favorite coffee. Location is close to waterfront restaurants with decks having an equally great view. Property manager Nina is pleasant and very helpful with check-in process upon arrival. Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home right across the street from the water. There was a maintenance issue, but it was taken care of right away when we called. Would recommend staying here!

Wow! We enjoyed closing out 2023 here! Morning coffee at sunrise overlooking the bay. Sitting in the hot tub watching a full moon rise over the bay to end the day. Walked to our favorite places for meals and drinks.

We took a last minute trip and found this house that was dog-friendly, which is a must when we travel! The home was in perfect condition and very comfortable....
Most amenities you'd need for cooking. Decorated so cute - we loved it! Would definitely stay here again/ recommend it!
