Comfortable for 2 adults. Fishing trip. The home was very clean and well stocked with all needed items. No complaints at all with the inside, or location, which was great!. Very close to everything. The outside is another story. Grass burrs through out the unkept yard, A LOT! (found some embedded in the rugs inside). Bushes need trimmimg and the decking/ railing is in need of repair (rotting boards and general maintenance. Was told there was a propane gas grill there. Nope.

But again, the home itself was very comfortable on the inside.

Place was very nice and a good location from Port Aransas and Rockport. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend. There is a lot of ant hills and stickers on the yard so don't go out there walking barefoot other than that everything else was great.

We took lots of meat to bbq outside, we didn’t bbq...The mosquitoes were so bad.. and when I say bad, that’s an understatement..They need to get a professional pest control out there.
The deck that connects the small house to house, there was a couple soft boards that was a safety issue..
Over all, cute house inside ..It had everything you would need for a stay.
