Mermaid's Landing is a coastal cutie full of mermaid charm. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just 5 blocks from Fulton Beach Road with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. It has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, a TV, and access to the half bathroom. In the spacious, open concept living area, there are two large and very comfortable sofas, one is a queen sofa sleeper, a coffee table, and a big screen TV. The open kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals including a large island that doubles as a dining table. In the garage, there is a washer and dryer for most laundry needs. The front porch is covered and cozy. It's a great spot to watch the deer forage across the street while enjoying morning coffee. There is a large privacy fenced backyard with a covered patio for lounging or entertaining, a grill, and a firepit to gather around for smores. There is even space for your boat trailer. The boat ramp is a straight shot from the cottage, only 5 blocks away! Minutes away from Rockport Beach, the Heritage District, and the Maritime Museum.

We enjoyed our stay in Rockport/Fulton. As the house is practically on the boundary line of the two communities, it was very centrally located. We found some new great places to eat that were just 'around the corner'.

This was our second stay at Mermaid's Landing. We enjoyed it very much. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water and nice restaurants. The cottage is furnished well and the beds are comfortable. We like that it's professionally managed by Rockport Escapes.
We were in town for the HummerBird festival. I am an artist and worked bringing my son, daughter and her children as helpers. During off-peak or down times they would break away and go off exploring. It was our second time to travel to Rockport for an art show and everyone had a blast. The location was convenient to the convention center, venues, activities and restaurants. The overall expetience wss good.
