Welcome to Sand Piper! Enjoy beautiful views of Aransas Bay! This coastal cutie has three bedrooms, two baths, and water views. Inside you'll find cheerful seaside decor and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The airy and modern kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and everything else you need to whip up a meal, or a pitcher of margaritas. There is also a beautiful kitchen island with additional seating. The living room has a comfy sofa perfect for cuddling up with popcorn for movie night. Beyond the living area are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a TV, the second has a queen. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms. The spacious upper deck, with its great views of Aransas Bay, has seating for four and two lounging chairs. The top deck has seating for two and amazing water views. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Walk down the stairs to the covered lower deck. Here you have partial water views and ample seating. Enjoy the evening breeze while grilling the days catch on the charcoal grill. The third bedroom is here, with its own separate entry. Inside you'll find a large room with a queen bed, wall mounted big screen TV, and a seating area for 2. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom for the third bedroom off the lower deck. It has swinging doors for privacy and is great for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. There is plenty of parking plus a carport, so bring your boat. Cove Harbor is only three minutes away.
